Q. How do I upload my hall to this site?
To upload your hall to the HallsHire.com site, you need to:
- Register with us
- Login
- Add your hall
Or just contact us with the details of your hall and we will upload the hall for you.
Q. How do I register with hallshire.com?
In order to upload your hall to this website you need to complete a 2 step
registration process.
Step 1 involves completing the online registration form, once this form is submitted a new
account is created and a login username and password are generated and emailed out to the user.
This type of newly opened account is described as unverified. The user is now able log into the
website and upload their new hall details. However the new hall listing will only be visible
to them once they are logged in. The rest of the world, looking at the site, will not yet be able to
see their new hall details.
Q. Why is my account Unverified?
To make the hall visible to other users, the user will need to verify
their account and complete step 2 of the registration process.
Step 2 requires that the user sends payment for a yearly subscription to the site. Once payment
is received their account status will change to active and their hall listing will
be viewable by the whole world.

Remember that each hall has it's own 'homepage' on which users are able to include detailed information about their hall. As well
as a message board and advertising space for local services and businesses.
Q. How do I pay my subscription?
There are currently 2 ways to pay your subscription and become a verified member of the site.
Paypal
Paypal is the prefered method of payment because it is quick and very simple to use. This new
type of online payment system allows you to send money directly from your paypal account, and
payment is received immediately.
This is also the fastest way to pay.
Cheque
If you prefer the more traditional methods of payment, you can always send us a cheque for the amount.

Q. How do I login?
Once you have registered with us, you will be emailed a username and password.
Use this username and password to login to the site. Once you have logged in you are able to add/edit
and remove halls from the site.
Q. How do I add my hall to the site?
Adding your hall is very easy, once you have registered with us and logged into the site.
You should see an option at the top right of your page, next to your username entitled << Add Hall >>, please follow
this link to the add hall form.
The add hall form should then be filled in, click the button at the bottom of the form to add your
hall to the site.
Q. How do I add adverts to my Hall's homepage?
We allow each hall to have up to 5 adverts on their homepage. This advertising space can
be let to local companies offering services which may be of interest to users of the site or the hall
listed.
hallshire.com is in no way responsible for the management of this advertising space and as such
is in no way responsible for it's content, suitablility, quality or reliablility. Sole responsibility
lies with the registered hall user who uploaded the advert.
