Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: 9 am till 11 pm every day of the year. Extended hours can be arranged by having a Temporary Event Notice in place.
Hire Costs: Haxby Memorial Hall Hire Charges from January 1st 2016 Standard charges are:- A meeting room £5.30 per hour The main hall £16.70 per hour The whole site £26.30 per hour Special Deals are available for Children's parties. Dances, Wedding Receptions and other special occasions can also be accommodated. Please enquire. If you hire the main hall or the whole site, use of the kitchen is included if you require it. Reduced rates are available for Charitable Organisations on production of their Charity number. Full pricing details are on the website. Regrettably, we do not hold any teenage, 20th or 21st birthday parties.

A lovely old Victorian building with a super main hall with lots of atmosphere. Ideal for our daughters party, we even had a bouncy castle inside. Lots of car parking at the back. We were made very welcome and will book again. Thank you.
