Rooms are hired by the hour with a minimum 2 hour reservation and available Monday to Saturday inclusive from 9.00 a,m, to 10.00 p.m.. Special rates apply for civil weddings, conferences, social events and Sunday reservations. The Main Hall seats 500 on the ground floor and 242 in the balcony. The hourly rate is £130.00
The servery may be used for a further £45.00 and the kitchen for £50.00 per hour + VAT. The Assembly Room and Old Library (capacity 200 and 120 respectively) are available at a fee of £80.00 per hour per room. Various meeting rooms are available at an hourly rate of £29.50. All rates shown are valid 1 April 2003 to 31 March 2004.
