The Malt House is situated in the village of Alveston. It is well maintained and is ideal for family parties and clubs/groups to meet in. Parking is only available on the road but this does not cause a problem for residents. The kitchen is well equipped and has a commercial dishwasher, microwave, cooker along with everything else you'd find in a kitchen including up to 90 place setting of crockery, cutlery, cups, saucers and glasses.
The Main Hall has seating for 80 people and can comfortably accommodate up to 100 for an informal gathering. The Gallery is ideal for meeting for up to 20 people.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: The hall is generally available at the weekend. Regular bookings take up most of the week days.
Hire Costs: £15.00 per hour for the Main Hall - minimum hire period 2 hours. £11.50 per hour for the Gallery - minimum hire period 2 hours. £20.00 per hour for Whole Premises - minimum hire period 2 hours. Please check that these rates are current with the Booking Secretary
