Bletchingdon's modern Village Hall opened in September 2015. The main hall can be subdivided to provide two separate venues.
The main hall is fully equipped with new tables and chairs and with a modern kitchen and café seating up to 25 as well as a fully equipped catering kitchen.
There is also generous outside seating and an attractive enclosed quadrangle to the rear of the hall.
We have WiFi, audio/visual equipment and baby changing facilities.
We have a separate meeting room seating up to 10 with projector and IT provision.
With good road links (A34 and M40) the hall is an ideal location for social events and business meetings. Please see our website for more details.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: Hall is available 8am to 12pm. Maybe closed over the Christmas period.
Hire Costs: Cost, per hour, effective from 1st July, 2019: Whole hall (seats 150) £24 / Large hall (seats 100): £20 / Small hall (seats 50): £16 / Meeting room (seats 12): £16 / Multiple bookings will receive a 25% reduction against the above terms. Community bookings (residents of the parishes of Bletchingdon and Hampton Poyle, for personal/fundraising events) will receive a 50% reduction against the above terms. / Wedding weekend packages (whole premises): £750 / Catering kitchen: £100
