Hire Costs: VENUE HIRE COSTS: Hourly £12 Morning (9am - 1pm) £40 Afternoon (1.30pm - 5.30pm) £40 Evening (6pm - 11pm) £50 Morning & Afternoon (9am - 5.30pm) £85 All day (9am - 11pm) £140 TERMS & CONDITIONS For Parties & Weddings the same rates apply as above but a security deposit of £100 will be applicable. This will be to cover damage or cleaning which will be set against this deposit at cost. Damage in excess of £100 will be billed. For Children's parties - No ball games as there are mirrors. Alcohol may be served and consumed on the premises but may NOT be sold.
