Opened in May 2015, the Hub is nestled in the grounds of St John The Evangelist's in the village of Copthorne. This beautiful, modern venue is close enough to Gatwick Airport and the M23 to make it very accessible for all manner of events. Weddings, Parties, Baptisms & Special Events: With flexible facilities including two rooms for hire, Wi-Fi and Audio/Visual equipment, large catering kitchen, full disabled access and hearing loop, the venue is suitable for large and small events. Groups & Clubs: We have a number of groups and classes running at the Hub and have a limited number of space for more. Bookings taken for Corporate events and training.

Availability and Hire Costs

Availability: The halls are available to hire during the hours of 8am-11pm, every day of the week, including Bank Holidays.

Hire Costs: The Main Hall ranges from £15.50 to £37 per hour depending on corporate, daytime/evening/weekend or regular hirer discounts. The South Room on the first floor prices ranges from £12.30 to £20.50 per hour depending on daytime/evening/weekend or regular hirer discounts. Both rooms require a refundable £100 (£200 for public events) damage deposit upon application to hire and full T&Cs apply. We have air conditioning in all the halls and the main kitchen. There is a lift and wheelchair access to all floors.

We had a 60th Party here. The kitchen facilities are amazing. We used the AV system to play music for the party. Lovely large hall with beautiful views over the church.

Booked the main hall for my daughter's 9th birthday party. Beautiful, modern facilities with fantastic kitchen - apparently we served the "best party food ever".
