Hire Costs: 1.0 MAIN HALL AND STUDIO BAR (COMBINED) Daytime Rates (between 9am open-up and 5pm lock-up) £25 per hour (minimum 4 hours – £100) Additional hours £25 per Hour (or Part Hour) (Pre-9am open-up £25/after 5pm lock-up £25 – additional to extra hours charge) Evening Rates (between 5pm open-up and 12pm lock-up) £50 per hour (minimum 4 hours – £200) Additional hours £50 per Hour (or Part Hour) (Post-12pm lock-up £50 (additional to extra hours charge) 2.0 STUDIO ONLY Daytime Rates (between 9am open-up and 5pm lock-up) £15 per hour (minimum 4 hours – £60_ Additional Hours £15 per Hour (or Part Hour) (Pre-9am open-up £15/after 5pm Lock-up £15 (additional to extra hours charge) Evening Rates (between 5pm open-up and 12pm lock-up) £20 per hour (Minimum 4 hours – £80) Additional Hours £20 per Hour (or Part Hour) (Post-12pm lock-up £50 – additional to extra hours charge) *GENERAL All Hires are subject to the satisfactory completion of a Booking Form and agreement to the The Terms and Conditions for Hirers published by The Milton Rooms. Equipment use and other services to be negotiated as required. Any hire which precludes the use of The Milton Rooms for any part of the same or any other day to be negotiated as required. Charities or not-for-profit organisations may apply for a discount for non-commercial events.
