Availability: 8.00 am - 12.00 midnight every day
Hire Costs: Main Hall: Basic - £13 per hour / Subsidised - £11 per hour In half hour slots, minimum 1 hour, with full use of kitchen Warborough Room: Basic - £9 per hour / Subsidised - £8 per hour * In half hour slots, minimum 1 hour, with use of kettle, mugs and small plates Children’s parties (under 18): Basic - £28 / Subsidised - £22 Maximum 3 hours between 0900 and 1800, full use of kitchen All Day Functions: Basic - £600 minimum / Subsidised - £350 Between 0800 and 0030, full use of whole village hall and kitchen Part of Day Functions: Between 0800 and 1800 at hourly rates above. Please note: All setting up and clearing up time is to be included in the hours booked. Subsidised rates only available to residents of Letcombe Regis and regular hirers (10 times or more in the year ending 31 March 2017)
