All our room hire includes the basic set up of and clear down of the room, access to off road parking for approximately 100 cars, full disabled access, building is on one level, baby change facilities, access to/ options for refreshments when requested and agreed on booking, free assistance with publicity for events including regular posts on Facebook pages, flyers, posters, mailing lists, assistance with Box Office facilities if required *

Our Steel Room is available to hire for your special event -ideal for weddings, parties, christenings as well as other life events and celebrations or even conferences and larger meetings are well suited to this room.

Standard evening Room hire period 5pm -12.30am Bar from 7pm is only £160, additional bar/room hire hours either prior to 7pm or after 11.30pm can be arranged if required (additional costs will be incurred)

Why not book this room for you and your guests (up to a maximum of 140 people) and enjoy an intimate get-together, with your own private bar facilities. The Steel Room and adjoining buffet area (Frank Wright Room) make a self contained area and a great place for your party to relax and celebrate in style.

Bring your own buffet or catering, or request our catering options if you prefer, from £6 per head. You can hire our small PA system to play your own music and playlist to personalise your event. Or hire your own DJ, disco,band or entertainer. We also have an integrated projector and screen if required

This room is ideal for family or social gatherings where you have your own stage and dance floor and a private space is required.

Our Samuel Fox Rooms available to hire and is ideal for smaller "get-togethers", family parties or when a small more intimate environment is required. Styled as a "pub snug" this cosy room can accommodate up to about 50 guests when mixed seating and standing is used

It has its own private bar and provides a comfortable private room and bar for a social event

Bring your own buffet, or request our catering options if you prefer from £6 per head. You can hire our small PA system to play your own music and playlist to personalise your event or the room has background music from the bar.

This room is ideal for small family gatherings where you can have your own private space and bar, a home away from home. To hire the Samuel Fox room from 5pm -12.30am is £108

The Main Auditorium is available for hire, this room is popular for larger parties and events or events that require a larger stage or performance area. The capacity is 400 standing, when set out in theatre style we can accommodate 300 and cabaret will seat approximately 210 guests

The Hall can be hired by the hour or for evening/day events - starting from as little as £240 for community groups for an evenings event. The Main Hall has access to changing rooms for performing arts productions etc. Additional charges may apply for hire of sound & lighting equipment etc.
