It is a wooden building built in 1935, the hall is a place where clubs and people and organisations can use the Community Hall. The community hall has a ramped access, the hall can also be accessed from the church car park on Dixon street or by a side gate on parkfield Grove. There is a fitted kitchen, store rooms and cupboards for new clubs to store equipment if need be, we have a smaller meeting room in the Church Hall for smaller groups or meetings with tea and coffee facilities if needed. There are male and female toilets within the building.
The Hall is fully equipped with chairs and tables and can seat comfortably 80 people, their is an outside garden for use in the summer months which is secure and is great for outside tea parties and children's outdoor parties or events in the summer months.
This venue is suitable for the following occasions.
Availability: We would our Community to get involved within the Hall as we currently under renovation and the Hall is still in use while the work is being done. We would like to encourage more community clubs and functions in the evenings. We also hold private children's parties, community meetings, discos and other activities in the evening and at weekends. Don't hesitate to call if you would like to start a new group and we can help you promote in the progression of your activities.
