Comfortably sits 35 for a meal. Licensed premises. Can hold up to 100 I when tables are removed. Attractive aspect in ANOB in the heart of the beautiful village of Little Gaddesden on The Ashridge National Trust Estate. Adjacent car park for ca 50 cars. Elegant kitchen, small cooker with oven, large fridge, ice maker & glass washer for speedy washing up! Good heating & plumbing. A little gem.

Availability and Hire Costs

Availability: From October to April at most times. During the summer with agreement from the Club.

Hire Costs: Standard rates are: £65 each time slot for times 8am to 12.30pm & from 1pm to 5pm. Evenings from 6pm to midnight £120 & extra for licensed bar or sporting use. Club Members & local charities are offered reduced rates.
