West Horsley Village Hall is situated in the heart of West Horsley (KT24 6DD). There are three rooms for hire at WHVH - the Main Hall with a stage and kitchen, the Cedar Room with its own newly refurbished kitchen and the Rubin Room which is the smallest room and is ideal either as a meeting room or for small groups. All three rooms have free Wi-Fi, there is a free car park available and, right next door, is a fully equipped, well-maintained and much-used children's playground. The range of activities which take place at WHVH is huge - from dance classes for all ages to amateur dramatic productions, various exercise classes, a toddler/nursery group and many regular meetings of local societies and clubs.

Availability and Hire Costs

Availability: WHVH is available for hire between the hours of 08:00-23:30 (Monday-Sunday). If you wish to discuss hiring outside of these hours, please contact the Secretary - details on the website (www.westhorsleyvillagehall.org)

Hire Costs: The current hire charges for West Horsley Village Hall are set out on the "Prices" page on the website (www.westhorsleyvillagehall.org). All three rooms are available for hire between the hours of 08:00-23:30 and the charge per hour is the same during these hours. WHVH does not charge more for evening hires or for weekend hires. A refundable deposit may be required for party bookings but this is agreed with the Secretary prior to confirming the booking. Any room hired is expected to be left in the condition in which it was found (ie suitable for the next hirer).
