Gloucester Academy

Here at Gloucester Academy we have a wide range of school facilities for the community to hire! From sports facilities to classrooms, we have got you covered.

 Here is what we have in our venue:

- Sports Hall: This is a 4 court hall, with line markings for badminton, basketball, 5-a-side football and netball. The facility also has cricket nets and range of table tennis tables available to use.

- Classrooms: We have 2 classrooms in our Sports Centre, with each one holding up to 24 students. They come equip with whiteboards and projectors, also you have the option to move the tables and chairs to host small fitness classes.

- Drama Studio: The Drama Studio can be split into two studios or used as a whole if you are looking to host a performance or large class. This studio also has mirrors and a ballet bar fitted, making great for dance and drama.

- Fitness Suite: If you are a personal trainer, then we welcome you to use our Fitness Suite. It is a small gym with cycling and rowing machines, cross trainers and weights, this can be used for 1-on-1 or group sessions. You will also have access to changing facilities, toilets and showers.

As for the rest of the school, here is what else we have to offer:

- Heartspace: The Heartspcae is a huge hall which can accommodate for up to 300 people. It is great for all different events, whether its an exhibition, conference, party or private function. You can also use a range of 8 tv screens and power points, as well as a large monitor.

- Classrooms: The rest of the school has more Classrooms available, these are bigger as you can hold up to 34 seated people, equip with whiteboards, interactive whiteboards and projectors. There are 6 of them to hire, all of which are connected to the Study/Communal Area.

- Study/Communal Area: This is a self contained unit of 6 classrooms, it offers an open area for students to spend their break time in. There is access to toilets and a wash area, which will come in handy if you are running a long session.
