Located behind V22 Louise House, the Community Studio is a five minute walk from Forest Hill Overground station and is situated between Forest Hill Library and Forest Hill Pools.
The Community Studio is 664 sq ft with access to a kitchen, toilet and a beautiful garden. Unfortunately there is no step-free access to the space.

Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: The V22 Community Studio is available to hire for regular classes, workshops, talks and events, as well as one-off events. Two hour sessions are available and these can be booked Monday - Sunday, 9am - 9pm. You are welcome to book more than one session - please note these slots must include your set-up and take-down time. One-off hires are also available and reviewing on a case-by-case basis.
Hire Costs: Sessions cost £30 including VAT. We absorb the booking fee. One-off hires are offered on a case-by-case basis. V22 has a no refund policy. Once you have booked a session you cannot cancel your booking. Please double check times and dates are correct before making a booking. You will need to attend an induction before using the space.
