The Consortium Trust boasts a large and spacious training and conference room located at our central offices in Halesworth.
The Training & Conference Room costs £20 per hour to hire and provides;
Seating for upto 40 people, in a variety of seating styles
Logitech Rally Plus video conferencing system with PTZ camera
2 speakers
2 microphone pods
Free wifi
Projector
Lectern
Tea, Coffee and biscuits served in house
External catering and hospitality can also be arranged to meet your exact requirements.
Free Parking
An additional meeting room free of charge that provides an excellent break-out area for staff refreshments and lunch.
In addition to the training and conference room we have a smaller, more intimate meeting room located adjacent to our main training and conference room.
The Meeting Room costs £15 per hour to hire and provides;
Cabaret style seating for up to 12 people
An interactive Clevertouch screen
Free wifi
Tea, Coffee and biscuits served in house
External catering and hospitality can also be arranged to meet your exact requirements.

Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: The conference and meeting room are situated in working office and therefore availability varies so please contact Laura via email on [email protected] or via phone on 01986 835670.
Hire Costs: £20 per hour for the large conference room £15 per hour for the meeting room
