The Main Hall

This large, spacious hall is 18.8m x 12.7m (267.95m2). It features a tiled floor and a high ceiling making it perfect for group fitness classes, dance and martial arts lessons and many types of sporting activities. With a large projector screen and staging also available to hire, the Main Hall is also ideal for live music events, theatre productions, seminars, and large group presentations. With its own licensed bar, it is also suitable for all kinds of celebrations and parties. Maximum capacity is 250 people.
Main Hall Hire Rates:
Standard Rate (for general hire, business, commercial and company hire or for any hirer charging an entrance fee) £41.40 per hour
Community Rate (for charities, voluntary groups and non-profit making organisations) £29.20 per hour
Function Package for celebrations, parties, and events with a bar: £450.00
The Function Package price includes:
Hall hire from 6.30pm - midnight for up to 250 guests
Use of tables and chairs which will be set up prior to your arrival
Bar Staff and Security Staff
Cleaning up and tidying away after your function including rubbish removal.
If you would like to access the hall any earlier to decorate the venue or for your D.J. to set up any equipment, this can be arranged, subject to availability, at a cost of £21.25 per hour. We can also arrange for the bar to be open earlier for a small additional cost.

Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: The Centre is open 7 days a week. Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 9.45pm Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm Sunday 9.00am to 4.00pm Halls are available to hire from 9am until midnight and Our bars are licensed to stay open until 11.00pm Monday to Saturday, and 10.30pm on Sunday for function bookings An extension to these hours can be applied for at an additional cost and is subject to approval by the local authority.
