The Function Room is an offset hall situated on the ground
floor. Main length is 14.65m and main width is 14.35m (180.45m2). With vinyl
flooring and access to an internal garden area with seating, the Function Room
is a versatile space that is perfect for a variety of events, activities, group
fitness classes and many of your business requirements. Maximum capacity is 150
people.
The hall can be used as a large space or easily divided into 2 separate areas with a concertina style dividing door.
Function Room Hire Rates:
Standard Rate (for general hire, business, commercial and company hire or for any hirer charging an entrance fee) £29.50 per hour
Community Rate (for charities, voluntary groups and non-profit making organisations) £20.75 per hour.
Function Package for celebrations, parties, and events with a bar: £400.00
The Function Package price includes:
Hall hire from 6.30pm - midnight for up to 250 guests
Use of tables and chairs which will be set up prior to your arrival
Bar Staff and Security Staff
Cleaning up and tidying away after your function including rubbish removal.
If you would like to access the hall any earlier to decorate the venue or for your D.J. to set up any equipment, this can be arranged, subject to availability, at a cost of £20.75 per hour. We can also arrange for the bar to be open earlier for a small additional cost.

Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: The Centre is open 7 days a week. Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 9.45pm Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm Sunday 9.00am to 4.00pm Halls are available to hire from 9am until midnight and Our bars are licensed to stay open until 11.00pm Monday to Saturday, and 10.30pm on Sunday for function bookings An extension to these hours can be applied for at an additional cost and is subject to approval by the local authority.
