Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: The main gallery space is available year round, Mon - Sun, outside our regular opening times (below). The cafe can be hired at any time. Subject to exhibition displays, our own events schedule and staff availability. Our gallery opening times are: Winter Season: Tue–Sat, 10.00 - 17.00 Summer Season: Mon–Sat, 10.00 - 17.00
Hire Costs: Newlyn Art Gallery - guide prices Newlyn Café/Bar £160 - half session (4h) £320 - full session (8h) Upper Gallery with Café £300 - half session (4h) £600 - full session (8h) Full Gallery Hire £480 - half session (4h) £960 - full session (8h) 1) Please note all charges are exclusive of VAT, which will be charged at a rate of 20%. 2) If additional staff is required this may be charged at £15/h plus VAT, per member of staff. 3) Gallery Supporters, Business Patrons, and Sponsors receive 10% discount on our venue hire charges. 4) Prices are valid until 31 Mar 2020. Newlyn Art Gallery Ltd reserves the right to change these at any time.
