About The Exchange, Penzance
Located right in the centre of Penzance, The Exchange retains the industrial feel of the original telephone exchange it occupies. Its striking glass façade transforms this spacious building from a light-filled daytime setting to glorious evening venue.
Our newly refurbished Engine Room is available to hire for a daytime or evening event for a group of up to 110 people (standing) or 60 people for a seated. Perfect for large groups or blended online sessions, The Engine Room has a fully integrated system and is equipped with AV equipment, including a Panasonic projector screen, 75-inch large TV screen, hanging mic and speakers. It also has two small sinks and storage areas – perfect for art workshops.
