Scott Hall is situated in the south of Bedford. It is an ideal venue for residents living in the Kingsbrook and Cauldwell area of Bedford. The venue has ample parking front and back, Scott Hall becomes the ideal place to hold that event you have been planning. From Birthday parties, Club activity, Family functions, Weddings, Anniversaries, Children's parties, Charity events, Reunions, Meetings and Wakes. The hall has excellent facilities including tables, chairs.Tea Urn and Bar in the main hall. A separate Kitchen with a large fridge, microwave and large industrial electric cooker is also available. For smaller meetings we have two rooms that are available for hire. All of the above if offered at very competitive rates for short or long term hire.

Availability: The hall is available Monday to Friday as are the meeting rooms. Please see prices below. The hall is open from 09.00-23.00.

Hire Costs: Hire Charges for the main hall Weekdays (regular hirers)……………£11 per hour Weekdays ( Occasional /one off hirer)….£16 per hour Saturday’s (regular hirers)……………£16 per hour Sunday (All hires)…………………...£26 per hour Hire charge for training room Monday –Friday (regular hirer)………..£8.00 per hour Saturdays-Sunday(regular hirer)…………£9.50 per hour Monday- Friday (Occasional one/off hirer) £9.50 per hour Saturday-Sunday (Occasional one/off hirer) £10.00 per hour Hire charge for small training room Monday –Friday (regular hirer)………..£6.00 per hour Saturdays (regular hirer)…………….. £6.50 per hour Monday- Friday (Occasional one/off hirer) £6.50 per hour Saturday-Sunday (Occasional one/off hirer) £7.00 per hour *If you want to use a the on a Bank holiday the hourly price is doubled * A breakage, damage, and time keeping bond of £50 is payable when you make a booking this will be returned within 14 days if everything is left as you find it. On a Sunday it is £100. There is a £5 charge for using the kitchen.

I just want a hall for s birthday party from about 5 to ten

Although the initial response took time we found the enquiry was dealt with in a professional way and the staff very helpful. Every effort was made to meet our requirements and we felt valued as a customer. We have since used the hall on several occasions and would have no hesitation in recommending the Community Centre to other potential users.
