Such a great space. Bright, spacious main hall with full bar facilities. Great staff and the price is so cheap. Will definitely use again.

We hosted a recent work event at the Addison Centre and we were thrilled at how successful it was. The space is large with lots of natural daylight. Becky, the Centre Manager was a delight to work with, and ensured we had everything we had requested. We will definitely be back. What a hidden gem this is. The costs are such good value for money.

Hired the hall but totally disappointed. First of all you can only ring to speak someone there at at certain times, so no chance asking quick questions. What was discussed with the manager was not arranged as she went home and did not pass on our requirements to the remaining staff. No drinks were put out for our guests as pre arranged. Staff were rude and decided to help themselves to our catered food without asking first, how dare they! There was no management to manage the staff. The bill for the soft drinks was wrong which we had to point out and get corrected. I would find another hall if you can the only plus is the car park spaces . Won't be hiring this hall again.

I attended an event this evening and have to say I'm appalled by the staffs behaviour. The evening was lovely and pleasant (albeit not the friendliest of service all night) but come 11pm the two members of staff could not have been any ruder. The party hired out the whole venue and not at any point were they any trouble. It was a family affair, very relaxed and chilled and I couldn't believe the service come the end of the night. Firstly it clearly stated service ended at 11.30pm. At 11.15pm (on many watches and phones - not just one device) there was no one to be seen. When politely asked at the door if anyone was about to serve - the very rude response was go to the hatch (which was barked at us) once ordered it was very clear they were not happy to still be working. Despite ten minutes until the bar closed. Following this, the staff were totally rude and didn't offer proper service at any point. They actually closed the hatch until we said there is actually ten minutes until the bar shuts and then they opened it back up again. All in all, it was clear they wanted to get rid of us and totally disappointed after what should have been a lovely evening.
