Our building includes a bright, spacious hall with a vaulted ceiling and a smaller function room which is perfect for intimate gatherings or meetings. Our facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, superfast fibre broadband, and a beautiful garden ideal for outdoor use or photos.

*Damerham Village Hall is a non-profit community venue, proudly run and maintained by a team of dedicated local volunteers. Our mission is to preserve and improve this vital space for the benefit of current and future generations.Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: 365 days a year! We offer morning, afternoon or all day bookings: Morning 08.00 – 13.00, Afternoon 13.00 – 18.00, Evening 18.00 – 23.00 (vacation by 00.00 hrs). For evening bookings, the ‘function end’ time should be 11 pm in order for the hall to be exited by all persons (including those clearing up) by midnight. The bar and music should end at 11pm latest.
Hire Costs: Regular Bookings - Prices start at £40 a session for the main hall only and go up to £400 for the full building for all day use. Rates vary for weekends vs weekdays. See our website for the full rates - www.damerham.org. Note - we offer a 30% discount off of the prices below for Village organisations, Village residents, registered charities & local sports clubs. The discount is not applicable for weddings. Weddings - We offer an Exclusive Wedding Hire Package for £900! This includes: Full access to the entire building from Friday at 8:00am (for setup), All-day Saturday for your wedding and reception and Sunday from 8:00am to 11:00am for clearing up. We believe this offers fantastic value without compromising on charm or flexibility. (Please note: this price does not include bar hire – bar services must be arranged separately.) Key Highlights: Spacious Main Hall with a beautiful vaulted ceiling, Smaller event room – ideal for quiet moments or children’s activities, Fully equipped kitchen and serving hatch for caterers, Beautiful garden – perfect for photos or drinks receptions, Optional bar service provided by our village pub (must be booked in advance). We don't restrict suppliers either - you can use whoever you prefer. Please note: wedding bookings are accepted for Friday and Saturday only to ensure you have the time and space to prepare and celebrate without pressure.
