The spacious reception area leads to a badminton court sized space with wooden sprung floor—perfect for dancing and sports. The ceiling is double height meaning the room is light and spacious, under floor heating keeps you cosy and an automated ventilation system maintains a comfortable temperature. We have a portable stage system 6m x 5m and sports equipment available for hire. This hall leads onto a kitchen with 2 ovens, fridge, water boiler and serving hatch onto the main hall. We can supply crockery, cutlery and glassware for 100 covers. A second door takes you through to the Pyncombe Room a large meeting room equipped with multi media conferencing facilities. Disabled access is very important to us and both main rooms have a hearing loop, external doors and lighting are automated and the building is easy to use. We can help you to organise your event. We have a list of local suppliers for bar services, catering and entertainment. Our Enterprise Manager has experience of event management and can assist with risk assessments and creative ideas to help you ensure your event is unforgettable.
