The Business Partnership Centre, at West Lothian College, was created to provide contemporary, flexible and well equipped meeting and conferencing facilities. The assets are used by the College and outside organisations and individuals, to host meetings, conferences, recruitment events and social gatherings and product launch and promotional events.
The meeting and conference facilities can be used flexibly for small ad hoc meetings on an hourly basis or for larger longer term events over several days. The main space can be divided into three large meeting rooms, or combined for a larger space.
Call to discuss your needs or make a booking. Rooms are sometimes available at short notice. Hospitality and catering can be arranged in the conference suite. Alternatively there is a cafeteria and coffee shop within the campus and a choice of restaurants nearby.

Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: The facilities are generally available during business hours. Evening or weekend hire can be arranged for full day events. The basic cost to hire one of the meeting rooms is £15 per hour. However, discounts may be available for multiple room hire and / or full day bookings.
Hire Costs: Hourly from £15 per hour. Daily rates attract a discount.
