The staff are good until they have your money. They are unhelpful and rude. Be prepared to have them smoke over your guests and help themselves to your food. When setting up, they will not help and won't be around to show you where everything is. Be prepared also to have to clean up before your party unless you don't mind rubbish and broken glass laying around for your guests to cut themselves on. I would never recommend this place which is a shame as the venue itself could be really good.
