The venue comprises of a downstairs live music venue and bar (licensed until Mid-night Thursday, Friday, Saturday) and a rear skittle alley/function room/exhibition space and cinema room leading to a garden area. Upstairs there is a multi-purpose space/dance studio with sprung floor, All spaces available for hire - suitable music gigs, private functions, exhibitions, training days and corporate events. Space For Hire: Main Bar & Event Space. (14m x 8m approx) Licenced for 150 until midnight Rear Bar/Gallery (20m x 5m) - licenced for 70 leading to garden area Projection Space (8m x 5m approx) - seat 30 for pre-booked cine-screenings/sports events Upstairs Studio Space (14m x 8m approx) licenced for 100 Easy Access: Situated on Dean Lane, Southville, mid-way between the Arnolfini and the Tobacco Factory. On foot just 10 mins walk from city centre and 5 mins walk from Asda car park. Other facilities include garden area, projection space (can be hired separately) pool and table-tennis tables, skittle alley, darts, av facilities. PA hire and catering for events.

Availability and Hire Costs

Availability: Available the 1st and 5th Friday of the month. Saturday and Sundays. Some week nights. Most day times.

Hire Costs: As of 31/3/17* On weekends and evenings our main room costs £50 per hour, £25 before 6pm. Weddings whole ground floor only for £150 per hour. Whole building wedding hire for £180 per hour. The upstairs function room costs £40 per hour for function events and £25 per hour for clubs/ dance/ rehearsals. £20 per hour Before 6pm. Minimum hire fee on Saturday Nights in £195 for upstairs. Our Cinema room costs £50 per showing. Back gallery space costs £25 per hour evening/weekends, £18 per hour before 6pm. Self Catering costs 20% extra of the whole fee (Can't use our kitchen) PA Hire: £150 Hire of Sound System for CDs/ Ipod: £50 Hire of Sound System and use of Microphone: £60 With function hire there is 1 hour free set up and down time. Extra set up time costs 20% of the room hire fee *Prices subject to change
