Opened in 1994 the current Tadley and District Community Centre replaced the original community building that was a former US Air Force gymnasium which was part of the WW2 airfield at Aldermaston. Following the war, Aldermaston became the home of the Atomic Weapons Research Establishment and, Tadley expanded rapidly. The community association recently celebrated its 50th anniversary.
Tadley Community Centre is located at the top end of Tadley next door to Burnham Copse Primary School.
We have various sized rooms for hire at the Community Centre and can hire out the whole building exclusively for weddings and parties if required. Hall A or B are available separately as two self contained halls. Each measuring 54’ (16.46m) long x 31’ wide (9.45m) with wooden sprung floors the halls will accommodate up to 150 people. Each hall is marked out with a badminton court. Hall B also features a electric folding blackout screen mounted to the ceiling making it ideal for multi media presentations. All of our rooms have broadband internet connection.

Availability: Monday to Sunday 8am to Midnight
We do not generally open on public holidays but would do our best to accommodate.
Hire Costs: Various rates, contact the community centre to enquire.
