About Lauderdale House
Built in 1582 and set in the beautiful Waterlow Park, Lauderdale House now runs primarily as an arts and education centre, welcoming over 65,000 visitors each year. The varied programme includes performances, exhibitions and classes. The house is also available for private events such as meetings, weddings, parties and receptions, which together bring the historic building to life. There is also a lively cafe offering delicious modern cuisine, catering and cakes and snacks throughout the week.
