About Chadwick End
Chadwick End Village Hall offers a traditional set up for your event.
The main hall itself has seating for 60 people with 11 fold out tables.
There is a small kitchen which has a fridge, microwave, cooker, kettle, urn, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses. There was a full kitchen refurbishment in 2018.
Leading off the main hall is a smaller room which has a ‘bar’ at one end (sadly not fully equipped!).
Parking is readily available in the adjacent car park right outside.
The children's outside play area and large playing fields nearby make this an attractive venue for a summer event.
The hall was built through the generosity of a wealthy resident, Mr Watson of Chadwick Manor in 1908, and initially was run by Trustees. The Trustees offered it as a gift to the Parish Council in 1932. The playing field was donated much later by the Moore family to celebrate their daughter's Olympic medal.
