About Powerstock Hut
Welcome to Powerstock Hut - the Village Hall serving the communities of Powerstock, Nettlecombe, West Milton and North and South Poorton. When the original building was purchased, just after the First World War, it had been used as Army accommodation and was christened “The Hut” - and it retains that affectionate nickname almost a hundred years on. The Hut is used by the local school, for monthly community cinema showings (www.powerstockcinema.co.uk), dinners and local events, wedding receptions, theatre shows, live music and the famous Powerstock Cider Festival. Parking is available outside of school hours on site.
