About The Round Chapel

A Great Space for Everyone Where Big Ideas Happen! The Round Chapel is one of the most remarkable buildings in Hackney and is listed Grade II*. Built to serve the needs of an expanding congregation in the 1870s, it proved too large for the 1980s congregation and the church was closed. The building is now owned and managed by Hackney Historic Buildings Trust and is run as an event venue, available to hire for private and public functions, celebrations, as a film location and an exhibition space.
