About The Old Library, Eastville
The Old Library is a community led 100% volunteer run space in a unique position on Muller Road, Bristol, with a community garden & outdoor space on the gateway to Purdown.
We can offer hire for classes, workshops, childrens groups and parties, for both commercial and community groups. Currently, the space is hired as a single private hire, and kitchenette is suitable for tea/coffee and serving only.
The building is managed, decorated, maintained, run and fundraised for by volunteers and provides a vital social & community hub for the area. The South Lockleaze & Purdown Neighbourhood Group has taken this building off the council in May 2016 and is available now to hire in full, or from September as an individual hire space and kitchen facility.
This is a non-profit building so we have very competitive hourly hire rates alongside special rates for regular hirers.
