The Facilities at U Fit Studio U Fit Studio is located on Barkby Road, Thurmaston, Leicester. There is just one studio to be rented for seminars, workshops, meetings, yoga, meditation, tai chi, treatments, massage and other purposes that are well integrated with the ambience of the studio. The studio has huge windows allowing lots of natural light. White washed wall’s with positive quotes and affirmations scattered on them. Most walls are mirrored. The floor is clean and offers a rubber feel. The studio is also well air conditioned. The guests are welcomed by a big reception area. The studio also includes a relaxation area and complimentary healthy teas (Teapigs), a kitchen, female and male changing rooms –equipped for restrooms and showers. The atmosphere of the studio late Saturday afternoons and all day Sunday is peaceful and calm – not your typical hustle and bustle of a city centre venue. The rent includes: ¥ an audio system for connecting a mp3-player or for a CD ¥ a projector and screen with Apple TV ¥ a flip chart ¥ Aerobic matts ¥ Chairs ¥ Car parking (up to 20 spots) The person hiring the studio is responsible for cleaning after the event. They will also responsible for any possible damage that has been inflicted on the studio or its equipment. The preparations, reception of guests and cleaning are included in the time for rent. The studio alone measures 1250 sqft Standard booking rate: £25 per hour (A discounted rate is available for block or on-going bookings) We invite you to visit us and get acquainted with the Studio on workdays or Saturdays. Note: the studio is only available to hire after 2pm on a Saturday and all day Sunday. During the week and Saturday morning business runs as usual for U Fit Studio. A discounted rate is available for block or on-going bookings. Cancellation is free of charge up to two weeks before the event. After that there is a cancellation fee of £50.
