High Trees Community Development Trust

The High Trees Learning Centre has a learning room suitable for courses, classes, community meetings or small conferences as well as keep fit clubs or tutor sessions. The room can be laid out in various formations – as a horse shoe, with forward facing desks, in small groups, with chairs only or with the tables and chairs removed This has a capacity up to 45 without desks or 30 with desks. There is an IT suite with 15 computers linked to a Tutor PC, all of which are networked to a printer. There is also a small IT suite with 3 computers. Features of High trees Learning Centre include: •Front of house reception area •Smart Board and fitted projector (IT suite) •Flipcharts and markers •Projectors •Wi-fi •Accessible toilets, one with assistance alarm •Wheelchair accessible •Small kitchen, microwave and fridge •Kettle, urn and vacuum flasks Getting there Situated at the junction of Tulse Hill, Upper Tulse Hill and Trinity Rise, High Trees Learning Centre is easily accessible either by car or by public transport (15 minutes on buses 2, 415 or 432 from Brixton tube, the 201 from Streatham or a short walk from Tulse Hill train station). It is very easily accessible from nearby local areas such as Streatham or West Norwood.
