About Manmoel Village Hall
Manmoel Village Hall is situated amid rolling fields on the quiet country road that leads down to the village itself. It is surrounded on all four sides by a gated dry stone wall that provides a safe enclosed space and is sufficiently detached from the village for you not to have to worry too much about disturbing the neighbours. A gently sloping ramp and handrail offer straightforward wheelchair access from the road to the hall.
The hall regularly stages events ranging from children’s parties and christening teas to music concerts and the annual village three-course Christmas dinner. With a floor space measuring more than 500 square feet, the hall can comfortably accommodate up to 50 people – whether seated at tables or in rows of chairs – and, with the seating and folding tables moved to the side, the hall provides a spacious play area.
The hall is centrally-heated and includes a widescreen plasma TV for audio visual presentations, showing DVDs or watching broadcast sports events.
The large catering range includes six gas hobs and a nine cubic feet capacity multi-level oven. The spacious kitchen also boasts two microwave ovens, a large fridge, freezer and two hot water urns. With our full array of cookware, cutlery and crockery – including jumbo-sized teapots – it is possible to prepare and serve a full meal for up to fifty people.
The hall also has two WCs including one with full wheelchair access
