About Pelham Hall
Pelham Hall is the village hall of Penallt, a village some 4 miles to the south of Monmouth situated on the plateau overlooking the Welsh side of the River Wye. Surrounded by fields, it was rebuilt in 1992 and is larger than most village halls as it serves as a base for the adjacent cricket and tennis clubs.
The ground floor comprises the main hall laid with a sprung floor, a kitchen, entrance lobby, changing rooms and toilets whilst the upper floor has a bar and social area, toilet, a meeting room and a second kitchen.
