St James' Hall was once the church which served the Earl of Straffods family residence of Wentworth Castle. After the family left the house it was turned into an adult residential college and the church was deconsecrated and fell to ruin. In recent years it has been refurbished and transformed into a modern facility whilst retaining some of the original features making it a unique space for training, meetings, teaching and community events.
