Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: We are open year round apart from the public holidays over the festive period and our "maintenance week" in early January. We are available for hire from first thing in the morning through to late in the evening depending upon the nature of the booking. We tend to be busy all year round so book well in advance! We also have a number of smaller rooms available for hire.
Hire Costs: Birnam Arts is community owned in a not-for-profit basis - As such we are able to offer a reduced rate for local community groups as well as our usual business rates. We can bill by the hour, or by 4 hour, 8 hour or full day (9am-10pm) blocks, depending on your needs. We also offer a rate for private functions and also for weddings. Our business rates start at £65+VAT per hour for our large John Kinnaird Hall and from £33+VAT per hour for smaller rooms - up to £385+VAT for a 9am - 10pm booking (£195+VAT for our smaller rooms) Our community rates for the John Kinnaird hall starts from £23 per hour.
