The room is a large, stylish and modern facility. It's based in Rainham Library, on the edge of the village, in the London Borough of Havering, which was open to the public in August 2014. The room is on the 1st floor of the library. It has a capacity of 100, is attached to a kitchen, and has access to a stage and to a 70 inch Smart Screen for presentations. The library is opposite Rainham Station, which has direct access to Fenchurch Street and to Southend. The room is perfect for conferences, large meetings, consultations, children's parties and events.
