Brookvale Village Hall is close to Basingstoke town centre. There is ample free car parking, a few minutes from the railway station - and with a bus stop close by! Large or small rooms are available for hire, so if you want to hold a birthday party, an event, a meeting, start a club or you may even have an idea about an activity that you feel would fill a local need then please just ask about our low hire rates. The whole building underwent a dramatic renovation in 2014, with the addition of new facilities and an extension to the ground floor and an addition first floor So whether you're holding a show or exhibition, looking for somewhere to hold a regular class, or searching for a venue for a private celebration, the village hall has all the space you need, in an accessible town location.

Availability and Hire Costs

Availability: The booking contact is available in office hours. The Hall is available from 9am to 10pm, last lock up at 10.30pm weekdays, weekends, evenings. Booking is not normally available in public holidays. Ground floor Main Hall 12m x 9m roughly, 3 metres to the highest point, capacity 100 people standing, but if all your guests are at tables, it is nearer 60 Committee Room 6m x 6m, 20 people standing, but up to 12 around the boardroom table First floor The Studio is 19.8 x 4.6m, seats 30, or 12 -15 for exercise or dance classes Green Room 7m x 4.5m, up to 12 around the boardroom tables
