About The Poppleton Centre
The Poppleton Centre, midway between the villages of Upper and Nether Poppleton on the outskirts of York is the perfect sports and social event venue, whatever you’re planning.
The 940 m² building includes a Sports Hall - which with the addition of stylish marquee interior drapes doubles as a superb event/wedding venue - two very adaptable Meeting Rooms, a cosy Bar, Café Refresh, Changing Rooms and Toilets.
On the eight acre site we have six Tennis Courts, a Football Field, Bowling Green, a Children’s Playground and parking for almost 70 vehicles.
