Hire Costs: RENTAL OPTIONS - COST PER HOUR Voluntary Sector Organisations Registration Charities and Community Groups £25.00 Commercial and Private £30.00 OTHER COSTS - PER BOOKING TV Screen £10.00 Flip Chart Stand, Paper and Pens £10.00 Tea and Coffee £1.00 Per Person Mineral Water £1.00 Per Preson CATERING OPTIONS Sandwiches can be provided for a extra cost of £35 for 15 adult, and £2.30 per additional head.
