Built in 1976 and refurbished throughout in 2016, our village hall is located 4 miles south of Easingwold and 9 miles north of York with easy access to the A19. The hall is available for private hire for parties; as a music venue; for Corporate functions; meetings, fitness, sports and well being, and commercial enterprises.
The hall comprises entrance hall with toilets off leading to an open plan function room within which is a bar area with refrigeration, sink and service counter tops; a cozy seating area with sofas and coffee tables and a separate well equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, ample cupboards, and washing up sinks. There is a small paved area to the rear and a small car park at the front.
Availability and Hire Costs
Availability: Please contact the bookings secretary - the Hall is available all year round and 7 days a week although we do have regular activities taking place Monday to Fridays so it is advisable to check .
Hire Costs: Private use is £18 per hour, with a minimum charge of 3 hours. Commercial use is £25 per hour. For regular social groups, clubs and activities, a discounted rate of £12 per hour is applicable.
