Conveniently situated in St. Pauls next to Bristol City Centre and close to the M32 motorway, CEED’s Ujima House is perfect for your functions, training, events and meetings, as well as community events. We offer 3 rooms and one outdoor area in a variety of sizes and set ups.

£10 charge for cleaning will be levied for each event 

If the event is scheduled when there are not CEED staff on site, an additional £10 per hour will be charged where necessary for a member of staff to be provided, as agreed when booking 

Discounts 

Registered charities will receive a 10% discount off our basic room hire rate only.

• There is no VAT to add. 

• Prices are valid from 1 June 2017 and are correct at the time of publication, however are 

subject to change. 

• Photocopying is charged at a rate of; 8p per A4/A5 single sheet (black and white); 20p per 

A4/A5 single sheet (full colour);
