Never Again - In 20 years of booking rooms for training courses I have never had such unprofessionalism and unreliability as this company. I booked the room they then cancel without warning saying they advertised wrong cost. I then agree new costs send out all joining instructions. I then get message to say its cancelled again. If you wish to book a training room, book somewhere else as this company had no loyalty or any level of professionalism.
