Quidhampton Village Hall

Lower Road,, Quidhampton, SP2 9AR, Wiltshire, England

Quidhampton Village Hall was built as a Reading Room in the 1850's.  There have been various refurbishments and modifications over the years.  Today it is a historic gem that arguably has seen better days, but although it is smallish and quaintish, it is, nonetheless, warm, clean and snug with all the facilities required for social, family occasions and meetings of 50-100 people and for the practising of the performing arts.

The hall is now kitted with high speed broadband and Wifi at 400 mb/s via the Virgin fibre passing through the village.  This therefore provides for seamless video conferencing for meetings or gatherings, and streaming TV or other media from the internet via a laptop or tablet.

It is a single storey building opening on to Lower Road, the main road which runs through the village. It is wheelchair accessible. The Hall comprises one main function room and, off that, a kitchen and separate ladies and gentlemens' cloakroom and lavatories. The function room and the kitchen have a good range of furniture and the normal necessities of a kitchen, including plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery.  Parking can be found on Lower Road but is limited.
