About Martial Arts Studio
Martial Arts Studio has two purpose made halls. Both fully matted. Downstairs matted out with 40mm mats and mirrored on one wall. Upstairs is slightly smaller and again fully matted with 20mm mats, upstairs also has 3 hanging bags.
These venues are ideal for any type of martial art, circuit class, as well as pilates, yogs, boxercise etc.
