A modern, newly built Village Hall situated in a quiet village offering picturesque views over open countryside to the rear of the Hall. The Hall is easily accessed from the A64 and is located close to Malton between York and Scarborough. It comprises an entrance lobby with access to a large main Hall, a meeting room, fully equipped kitchen, toilets and internal and external storerooms. The Hall is ideally suited for hire for a wide range of activities such as wedding receptions, parties, dances, music events, training courses, talks and meetings both large and small. The main hall is marked out with a badminton court and in addition has table tennis tables and short mat bowling equipment making it an ideal venue for hire by clubs and societies. There is also free w-fi access and an inbuilt projection screen. The kitchen is equipped with a hob and cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer, water boiler, kettle as well as a good supply of cutlery, crockery and glasses. Wheelchair access and disabled toilet facilities are also available. There is an outside south facing patio and lawned area as well as car parking facilities.
