Hire Costs: We have the following facilities: The Pavilion – Ground floor with full disabled access, the room can hold up to 130 people in a theatre style, 90 on round tables and approx 40 on a boardroom layout. The room has its own terrace and overlooks the cricket pitch. The Premier Suite – First floor (without disabled access), this room can hold up to 150 Theatre style, 120 on round tables and approx 60 on a boardroom layout. The room has its own balcony and overlooks the cricket pitch. The Pavilion Marquee – Only available between April – September The marquee sits on the boundary edge of the pitch, with its own terrace. The room can hold up to 200 theatre style with 140 on round tables and approx 70 in boardroom layout. Executive Boxes – We have 3 boxes which can hold up to 18 people in a boardroom layout and 30 in theatre style. The rooms are on the ground floor but has a step up into the rooms so is not suitable for disabled access. Each box has its own terrace and sits pitch side. Committee Room – The Committee room sits adjacent to the Premier Suite, this room is on the first floor (without disabled access) the room can hold up to15 boardroom style, the room has its own balcony overlooking the cricket pitch. All of our rooms have AV equipment of a screen and projector, which you are welcome to use at no added charge. The hire charge of a flipchart with pens is £5.00 Inc. VAT. Costs: All prices quoted are including VAT Room Hire – Full Day Rate (8 hours) Pavilion @£230 Premier Suite @£230 Pavilion Marquee @£230 Executive Boxes @£130 Committee Room @£150 Room Hire – Half Day Rate (4 hours) Pavilion @£150 Premier Suite @£150 Pavilion Marquee @£150 Executive Boxes @£65.00 Committee Room @£75 In regards to food, unfortunately you cannot bring in your own catering, we do have on- site caterers, I have attached some examples above. We are very flexible when it comes to menus, and chef is always happy to come up with alternatives that suit your budget and requirements. You do not have to have any catering if you would prefer not to. We do have a pay and display car park onsite which is on a first come first served basis, please see tariffs attached.
