About Carlton on Trent Village Hall
Carlton Village Hall is a former school which has a main hall that seats 40 for dinner and about 70 for a stand up function. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and all crockery and cutlery necessary for up to 50 full meals. There is also a back room next to the kitchen that will seat an additional 12. Upstairs the local history archive is housed in two rooms, and can be viewed by appointment.
The hall was completely refurbished in 2015 and is warm and attractively decorated. There is broadband, a projector and screen, and license to play music and show films, making it an excellent venue for activity classes, meetings, youth groups and parties. A variety of different sized tables and chairs for 50 are included in the hire.
The hall is located on Main Street in the pretty Trentside village of Carlton on Trent. The organising committee can provide info on local catering options and there is a car park with security lighting behind the hall for guests.
